All data is encrypted. We use a secure online platform — doxy.me. No patient information is stored. It uses AES cipher with 128-bit keys to encrypt audio/video and HMAC-SHA1 to verify data integrity.
You can use computers, tablets, or smartphones.
Virtual visits are most of the time covered by your health insurance. You will enter credit card information before the appointment and will be charged the same co-pay as a regular visit.
